↳ ARCHIVE STATUS NOTICE // PRE-RELEASE PHASE READ FILE CLOSE FILE
SPLINTER VIEW is scheduled for release on OCTOBER 1.
Until then, this site is being assembled as a live CIRAS archive: part story portal, part historical dossier system, part recovered transmission network.
New presentation formats, interactive modules, dossier panels, and archive behaviors may be added even after a file has already been transmitted by email.
This is intentional. The archive is still becoming cohesive as more fragments surface, cross-reference, corrupt, or reconnect.
Following by email allows agents to experience transmissions as they arrive — before they are fully sorted, stabilized, or connected for later visitors.
Parallel archive threads are also surfacing, including Camp Beneath / Site B, Kanaq’s Arctic Echoes, and the Cold War-era file chain indexed as The Arctic Deception.
These records connect to the larger Arctic narrative scheduled to continue after Splinter View. Agents may encounter names, sites, or incidents before the archive has released their full context.
Historical dossiers reference real locations, records, and source material. CIRAS classifications, anomaly notes, archive behavior, and transmission language belong to the fictional layer.
